Automatic Corner Tape Sealer
After the carton has been sealed in the center (top and bottom) by the upstream sealer, it enters the 90-degree corner transfer unit. Upon detection by the photoelectric sensor, the carton is pushed into the corner sealing station by the pushing plate.
The machine simultaneously seals all four upper and lower corners of the carton. With high-speed efficiency, two rows of brushes smooth the tape to ensure tight adhesion to the carton. This results in wrinkle-free folds, delivering a finish that is both aesthetic and durable.
